At BagsnPacks, we ship all our orders via Australia Post registered mail or TNT courier, with your purchase securely delivered to your door shortly after receipt of your full payment. More importantly, our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy allows you to return and refund your purchase within 7 days of receipt of order. To place an order on our BagsnPacks website, just follow the simple steps below:
Step 1: Choose your favourite bag and add to shopping cart
Browse through our BagsnPacks website and click on a product image for more detailed information. Select the product you would like to order and click on the [buy now] button.
If you want to add more items to your bag click the [back to shopping] button.
Step 2: Your shopping cart
You can review the items in your shopping cart at any time by clicking the [shopping cart] section located on the far left of the page.
To delete an item from your shopping cart, click the [delete] check box next to the item you wish to remove and click the [update cart] button to update your selection before proceeding to the checkout.
When you are happy with your selections, click the [go to checkout] button
Step 3: Login or Sign up as a Member
Our checkout will prompt you to a secure area where you are required to login in (or sign up as a member for your first time). To sign up as a member, you will be asked to enter your basic contact and delivery details. Once you have completed all the fields marked with an asterisk (*), please select the [submit] button.
Step 4: Checkout Process
Finally, all you need to do is follow the self-explanatory 4-step process through the checkout - it is very easy. It is important that you confirm your order and carefully complete your payment details. When you are satisfied with all your entered information please select the [confirm the order] button. You will be given a Order Number for your purchase at the end of the checkout process.
When we receive your order, we will send you an email with your order details with instructions for making payment via direct bank deposit (if applicable). If there are any problems with your order, please contact us via email sales@bagsnpacks.com.au

How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately if you wish to change or cancel your order. If your order has not been processed and shipped, we will be able to change or cancel your order accordingly, as per your request.
However, if your order has been dispatched, simply return any items you do not want within 7 days of receipt of your purchase, by following our return and refund instructions.

We are afraid that pick up is not currently available, as BagsnPacks only operates online and ships all our orders received through this website via mail.

Simply by visiting 'My Account', you can view the status of your order, as well as history of your previous orders with us.
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will also email you with your unique tracking number generated by Australia Post. If you wish to track your parcel thereafter, please visit Post eParcel http://www.eparcel.com.au and input your tracking number accordingly.

Which Carrier/Courier do you use?
We use Australia Post registered mail or TNT courier for our standard deliveries.
For bulk order that cannot be sent through Australia Post standard services, we mostly use TNT courier, depending on your destination and the item being shipped.

Do you deliver to anywhere in Australia?
By using Australia Post and TNT courier as our preferred carriers for our standard deliveries, we are able to deliver to nearly all addresses in Australia, including business, private and post office box addresses. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery of bulk or wholesale orders to anywhere within Australia, for information in relation to shipping cost and arrangement for bulk or wholesale orders, please contact us via email sales@bagsnpacks.com.au

How much is postage to Australian locations?
At BagsnPacks, we offer a flat rate of $10(AUD) for all standard shipping to anywhere within Australia. Your order shall be dispatched via Australia Post registered mail or TNT courier with tracking information, insurance and signed receipt confirmation.
Please note that our flat shipping rate may not apply to bulk or wholesale orders. For information in relation to shipping cost and arrangement for bulk or wholesale orders, please contact us via email sales@bagsnpacks.com.au

How long will it take to receive my order?
This depends on the destination of your order. Generally, all items are dispatched within 2 working days once your payment has been confirmed. We ship all our standard orders via Australia Post eParcel services, and generally takes around 2 to 7 working days for delivery within Australia. I have not received my order, what do I do?
All items are generally dispatched within 2 working days upon confirmation of your payment. We ship all our goods via Australia Post eParcel services(or couriers if bulk or wholesales order), and generally takes around 2 to 7 working days for delivery within Australia.
However, if your order has still not arrived after 10 working days from the date of your payment, please notify sales@bagsnpacks.com.au and quote your Order Number for our follow-up.

How do I pay by Direct Deposit?
Direct Deposit refers to electronic payment directly into our BagsnPacks Pty Ltd bank account.
You can either instruct your bank through your online banking facility to transfer funds from your bank account to our Commonwealth bank account, or you can visit any Commonwealth Bank Branch and pay directly into our account. Our bank account details are provided in your confirmation email. When making a payment via bank deposit, please ensure that you include your Order Number as reference.
This direct deposit option allows you to check-out without immediate payment. You will have up to 3 working days in which to have your bank deposit confirmed. If we have not received your direct deposit within that time your order is automatically cancelled by our system and the items you ordered are returned to stock for sale to other customers

How long does it take to confirm my payment?
It is our policy not to dispatch any items until payment is confirmed. Payments by Direct Deposit may take up to 3 working days to confirm. Although PayPal payment is usually confirmed instantly, sometimes PayPal payment may take up to 7 working days to clear (if payment is made from a cheque account via PayPal).
