Shipping within Australia
Currently, all orders placed on BagsnPacks.com.au are available for shipping within Australia (to most addresses in Australia including business, private and post office box addresses, but except hotel or temporary addresses). For worldwide deliveries, please refer to the International Shipping section below.
Please note that BagsnPacks reserves the right to reject delivery to any address at its own discretion.
Flat Shipping Rate within Australia
At BagsnPacks.com.au, we offer a flat shipping rate of $10(AUD) to anywhere within Australia on all standard orders placed online.
All standard orders are sent via eParcel which is a receipted delivery service through Australia Post. Please note that with this service, you signature is required upon delivery. If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from your nearest post office.
All deliveries via eParcel also come with transit insurance. In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost during transit, we will replace it at our cost.
For wholesale or bulk orders that cannot be sent through Australia Post eParcel service, we use other courier companies depending on your delivery address and the goods being shipped. Specific delivery cost and method will be stated at the time of equiry for wholesale or bulk orders.
Delivery Time
We usually dispatch your order within 2 working days upon receipt of your full payment. We dispatch all goods from Melbourne via eParcel, and Australia Post provides the following guidelines for the delivery of your order:
Within Melbourne Metro: next working day
Other areas within Victoria: 1 - 3 working days
Sydeny and Adelaide Metro area: 2 working days
Other Captial cities & Regional areas: 4 - 6 working days
Please always allow up to ten (10) working days for the delivery of your order from date of full payment (although you can help us to speed up your order by paying for your order by PayPal, as bank deposit payments usually take 1 to 2 working days to reach us!).
Whilst every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible, estimated delivery times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control.
We encourage you to visit the 'My Account' section on our website to view the delivery status of your order.
If you product has not arrived after 10 days from the date of your full payment, please do not hesitate to contact us via email sales@bagsnpacks.com.au
Tracking your order
Once you have placed your order on Bagsnpacks.com.au, an email will be sent to your nomiated email address to confirm your order. This email includes your Order Number and must be kept as a record of your transaction.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will then receive an email confirming your parcel tracking number. You can check the status of your shipment via the eParcel Online Tracking website, at www.eparcel.com.au using your parcel tracking number. Please note however it may take up to 24 hours before Australia Post update the details for your item.
Alternatively, your can use the 'My Account' section on our website to view the delivery status of your order.
International Shipping
BagsnPacks ships internationally to a variety of countries. International shipping rates for up to two (2) bags are as follows:
Zone A (New Zealand and Asia Pacific) - AU$45
Zone B (USA/ Canada/ Middle East) - AU$60
Zone C (UK and rest of the world) - AU$65
If you wish to purchase more than two (2) bags from us in one transaction or if your country is not listed at checkout, please kindly contact us via email sales@bagsnpacks.com.au for special arrangement.
All international orders will be delivered by EMS Express International Courier, with tracking number and insurance. Your signature is required upon delivery. For further details relating to EMS service, please also refer to Australia Post for more details.
Please note that all international orders are exempt from the Australia Goods and Services Tax, so all international orders receive 10% off the price at check out.
BagsnPacks will not be responsible for additional taxes incurred by your country. We advise that you check with your local Customs Department regarding any customs duty and/or sales tax requirements.
BagsnPacks does not ship to any international P.O. Box address and reserves the right to reject delivery to any address at its own discretion.
